New Dallas Bar: “The View” with Male Dancers and Drag Brunch

The View Dallas recently opened in Downtown (formerly Knockout location) and it has not just a skyline view but a view of male dancers. No this has nothing to do with the TV show the View.

They have Latin Fuego Wednesdays

and did we mention they have male go-go dancers (not strippers as you would see at Stallions)

We love to see a new venue offering male dancers and drag queens! It has reviews on Google that said:

“went to The View the other night with my friends and had THE BEST time. The go-go dancers are so hot, the drinks are strong, the bartenders are so friendly, and the music is awesome! I then went to drag brunch the next morning….and again and unsurprisingly it was too much fun! It is great to have another cool gay bar in Dallas.”

another commented about a VIP line but the View responded with:

“When you say VIP line, what are you referring to? The only line we have at our bar would be the line outside when we are at fire code capacity. We are definitely very different than any of the other bars in Dallas, including the one you mentioned. We understand that everyone has a different taste, and that’s ok! For those looking for a larger, more open bar that is meticulously cleaned every night, and with ample parking and friendly staff, need only drive or Uber approximately 8 minutes from the strip!”

UPDATE: The View bar also quickly responded to our post on February 17th:

First and foremost, we are a gay bar with gogo dancers, which can sometimes go by other names, depending on who you ask. The city of Dallas does not allow strip clubs, but we are about as close as you can get! Our dancers come from here in Dallas, and all over the US with many of them originating from other countries. Dancers typically reach out to us, and we strive to book dancers, who have a variety of body types and ethnicities. As an inclusive, gay bar, we do not ask our dancers, their sexual preference, as it is typically inappropriate, but after getting to know many of them, we can say that we have somewhere around 50% or so of our dancers who identify as LGBTQ+. Our bar caters to gay men and we strive to create a space that is comfortable and safe for them. We also offer a drag brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, which is a hit for almost everyone. Our focuses on providing great customer service, quality, drinks, and great entertainment. With that being said, we do not allow bachelorette parties as many times, they tend to detract from our dancers. We most definitely welcome them at our brunch’s, though!
If you haven’t been by, we invite you to come and take a look and see what we’re all about!

We also noticed comments on how the guys are mostly straight. Hopefully they are hiring a good amount of gays if it is a called a gay bar but of course we are all about equality. We would like to get more information on the burlesque shows they seem to have we have seen them post videos that looked like Magic Mike style shows. Will this be the new BJ’s NXs or Tin Room or something totally different like Johnson’s in Ft. Lauderdale?

It looks like it will also cater to bachelorette parties with the more muscular guys instead of offering a variety of guys such as bears and twinks that we love to see. This will make it more competitive with the Rose Room shows that offer VIP service for these all-girl parties.

“Station 4 is the self proclaimed Ultimate LGBTQIA+ Dance Club with stages, and drag shows! There is something magical about going to a gay bar with your girlfriends. Maybe it is not having to worry about getting hit on or maybe it is that the music really is better. For whatever reason, we would be remiss if we did not include our favorite gay bar for your bachelorette weekend in Dallas!

With over seventeen different drink stations to choose from, you are sure to find an area to fit the vibe you are after. Whether it is close to the dance floor, outside on the patio, are with a bird’s eye view of the bar, Station 4 is so fun and inclusive! The two-story bar has an epic sound system and laser show! Station 4 is a must for your Dallas bachelorette (girls night out) party!” -noted one blogger on the best spots to have a bachelorette party in Big D.

Well now you can get drag and muscle men all in one place. Let us know in the comments what you think of the new bar!

We searched all over for media that has reported on the bar but came up short. We are not sure why no one is covering this treasure of a bar but it looks like a good time for girls and guys.
